How do I check in?
We offer a seamless, contactless check-in experience. You will receive a unique digital code for the smart lock 24 hours before your arrival, along with a digital guidebook for the property.
Absolutely. We understand the needs of the modern digital nomad. All our properties are equipped with high-speed fiber or Starlink internet, ensuring reliable video calls and streaming.
While we do not operate our own fleet, our concierge team can arrange private airport transfers or assist with luxury car rentals to be waiting at the property upon your arrival.
Yes. We understand local infrastructure challenges. Every property in our collection is equipped with full-home backup generators and water cisterns to ensure your comfort is never interrupted.
Most of our residences are designed with families in mind. We can provide high chairs, cribs, and pack-n-plays upon request. Please check individual property listings for specific age suitability notes.
We offer peace of mind booking. During hurricane season (June–Nov), we provide flexible rescheduling or full refunds if a named storm warning prevents travel to Puerto Rico during your dates.
